Who we are

CONSULTORIA ARAMO S.L. is a small consulting firm founded in 2002 in Asturias, Spain, that is
born with the intention to work in three different fields of expertise:

  • On one side, the promotion of the outsourcing of services, works and provision of personnel of concierge, auxiliary works to be employed on parkings, building complexes, business and public and private entities, providing tasks of control, monitoring, and non specialized assistance to the public.
  • On the other side the assistance, preparation, following, presentation and execution of international and nationals tenders and biddings.
  • Finally the contracting, supply, delivery and equipment of materials both internally and on a international basis both to public and private clients in Spain and abroad.

Service outsourcing

CONSULTORIA ARAMO S.L. is dedicated until now to promote outsourcing internally in Spain
specifically providing our clients with non specialized personnel and human resources to our
clients in the fields of public attendance, control and monitoring of spaces.

Tender assistance

covering the whole chain of tender pesentation , developing the following services:

  • identifying, attracting and selecting potential internal and international contracts in the fields of expertise of the cliente, and making the preliminary assessment in order to know if they are interesting and attractive for the client, eliminating those that for objetive or subjectives reasons of the client are not interesting and presenting to him only those that are among the profile of interests of the client.
  • Initial study to see if the client has the technical, financial and administrative capacities and competences to be able to prepare and submit an offer to the tender, after a careful studying of the tender dossiers and the bidding conditions. Once this preliminary assessment study is done, it is presented to the client for the final consideration whether to present and submit an offer, o refuse to do it so.
  • Presenting the tender, preparing the documents and the offer submission in its integrity for the client, or in assist and follow the process of preparing and presenting the offer, depending on the conditions and resources at the disposal of the client to prepare it.
  • Assisting and accompaning the client through the whole process of previous consultations, clearing the questions to submit the offer, and in the evaluation and selection phase, assistance in the signing of the contract, execution of the contract and payments,
  • Presenting requests of clarification, complains, reviews in case of not awarding the contract to the client or in cases where once the contract has been awarded there are discrepancies over the implementation or poblems that cannot be solved directly by the client with the contracting authority.

This integral vision of assistance to the contract is what makes us difference from the
competence, because we are at every single step of the execution of a contract beside
the client, since the inception of the offer and during each and every moment of the
implementation until the contract is terminated and finalized.

Equipment suply

we provide the supplies and deliveries of equipment and material in supply contracts, framework contracts, expressions of interest, and buy and sell contracts both in domestic and international scopes, managing both the legal part of the contract as well as the logistics in the transportations, the managing of the customs clearance, and conformity of the product until delivery is done in destination, covering all the aspects in customs, taxation, and paperwork required until final destination is done and reception completed.

CONSULTORIA ARAMO S.L. develops the activities of assistance to contracting and supplying
equipment mainly from Asturias, Spain but focusing on the internal market in Spain: (Asturias, Córdoba,  Santiago de Compostela, Madrid,  Santander)
